The largest and most ambitious show I've ever directed, the journey was eventful from start to finish. How do we keep truth in a nonsensical comedy? How do we highlight multiple different types of performance and influences in this multi-layered adaptation? So many people on stage on an extreme thrust, how do we ensure that every member of the audience gets a slice of the pie? It required us constantly being on our feet, being adaptable to every challenge that arose, and staying focused on our destination, even when the tides were high.
